Jada’s First REAL Outing!

This past weekend, in addition to being Ana and Leo’s first show it was also Jada’s first real outing. She’s been trailered to other barns to ride and to trail rides but she has never seen this many horses or commotion in one place. She was definitely amped up and a bit anxious. Jada took a lot of comfort from her brother, Leo, who is a seasoned veteran at the shows. There was a lot of screaming and bucking and spinning…. But by the end of the day she certainly started to settle in. It’s still early in the season so I have a feeling it won’t be long until shows are just another day for her. Maybe by the end of the summer we’ll even take her in a class.
